Marsh Ridge was developed in 2000 and consists of 50 Twin homes and 15 Single Family homes.  It is located on a hill overlooking Delano city parks and ponds.  The neighborhood has walking/bike trails connecting to the entire Delano community walking/bike trails.  All residents are members of the Marsh Ridge Home Owners Association (MRHOA).  MRHOA is self-managed by a Board of Directors elected by the residents.  Marsh Ridge prides itself on maintaining a park-like community with rules established to benefit all residents.
